If you're a reader from Texas, you most likely know about the flea market in Canton. Canton's a teeny bedroom town of about 4,000 people but one weekend a month, the population explodes to 200,000 for the flea market! Whoa mama. I mean when I say "flea market," I mean FLEA MARKET! This place is massive. There are thousands of vendors and I don't know how many acres of junk and treasure to sift through. Not to mention if you're a fan of funnel cakes, fudge, or giant roasted turkey legs, this place is for you.
Here are a few pretties I absolutely adored but did not come home with...
I love this color. It's the same color as my couches. I really have to refrain from buying everything in this shade. I think it's so pretty and soothing at the same time.
What's this thing called? Maybe a telephone bench? I'm not sure. It's super duper though. Love the toile print as well.
These cabinets are really charming. They are pretty tall and deep though. You would have to have a decent size wall to hang one. It would make for a really cute display!
What did I come home with?
I love this tray. I put some seashells and wine corks in it when I got home.
These are so cute! I am all about the glass knobs. I bought a longer, coordinating shelf that has five glass knobs. I am going to hang frames with cute ribbon and tie them to the knobs. Then display something or other on top of the shelves. Any ideas? They are probably four inches deep so it can't be anything too bulky.
My main purchase was a black entry table and metal wall hanging. I'll post pictures soon!
This week I'm working on easy drapes for my family room and kitchen nook. Thank you, Nester for great "mistreatment" ideas!
How fun! I'm going to Canton for the first time next month. I can't wait!!! :)

I don't know how you resisted that armoire! Of course, it would require a little crystal chandaleir for that room! :) (How the heck do you spell that???)
